SDDU supports the professional and personal development of all staff through the provision of:
- Induction and career development courses
- A range of short courses including communication, creativity, influencing, meetings skills, personal development and effectiveness, presentation and vocal skills, report writing, stress and time management, team working
- Media-skills programme
SDDU also offers comprehensive professional development provision for Research and Learning and Teaching staff.
