Research Ethics Training and Development Officer

Alice completed her PhD in Philosophy at the University of Leeds, her teaching interests are in ethics. Alice is responsible for the development and delivery of research ethics training at the University for PhD students and staff. Please contact Alice for queries relating to research ethics training for PhD students or staff.

In addition to the development and delivery of research ethics training Alice has also been improving the University's approach to engaging research students and their supervisors with the ethical implications of their research. Alice works with the University Research Ethics Committee, other University Ethics Working Groups, the Inter-disciplinary Ethics Applied Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning and additionally the UK Universities Research Ethics Committees Group, concerned with national issues of the ethical review process in Universities.
