This is a range of short workshops to help managers understand key university processes and develop key management skills. The Management Essentials suite, (which used to be called People Management Practices,) comprises 8 workshops aimed at giving leaders/managers some practical information based on legislation, policies and procedures in a range of people-management topics covering the following areas:
